new customers

New customers are cash on delivery or proforma invoice for the first 3 deliveries.
All new customers must sign up to Go cardless to receive credit terms.

orders

All goods subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
All details and prices are believed to be correct at time of being listed on Orderlion. However, no liability will be accepted for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
Orderlion prices do not include VAT which may be added to those products that come under the prevailing legislation.

Credit accounts

Accounts will be set up only on approval of your credit application. Our maximum credit facility is £500 subject to agreement. Application for an account with the Panino will be taken to signify acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of sale by the customer. All credit accounts must be paid on time as agreed between the customer and our accounts team following delivery. settlement in accordance with our agreed terms is necessary to ensure continuity of supplies. Overdue accounts outside our agreed terms will be charged at 8% interest per month. All bank charges incurred by Panino for handling of returned or re-presented cheques will be charged at £25.00.

Please note: Standard Terms are 30 days from Date of Invoice. Failure to comply with agreed account terms will mean suspension of account facilities.

gocardless accounts

Our Terms will remain the same when using Go-cardless. All credit accounts will be taken by agreed Direct Debit rather than online payments via Bacs or cash on delivery. Customer will continue to receive invoices and statement via email as normal to allow customers to see account details and future payments.

delivery

All goods should be checked for shortages or damages at the point of delivery, any goods missing or damaged should be noted on the delivery note and reported to Panino within 24 hours of delivery. Oue employees do not accept responsibility for examining or controlling customers stock at time of delivery. All invoiced goods remain the property of Panino until payment is received in full for the goods. Nevertheless, all risk in the goods shall pass to the customer when goods are delivered to the customers premises.Frozen and Chilled returned goods, can only be returned after delivery, if stored by the customer in a freezer / refrigerator until collection by Panino.
