Pork pies are an art. Shoulder cuts of meat, some fat for flavour...but not too much. Subtle herbs and spices gently worked in, wrapped in a hot water pastry and a little jelly to stop them drying out!
Our passion helps...we free bake ( not in tins ) to get that classic pot belly look and all are individually hand crimped.
